Really, really, really excited about this site launch as gun reform is an issue dear to my heart. Shannon Watts is the founder of Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America
the leading force for gun violence prevention, with chapters in all 50 states. Moms Demand started humbly with a Facebook group Shannon created to connect parents following the tragic shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary.
Her book, Fight Like a Mother, is part manifesto, part memoir, part manual for changing the world. In it, she explains how to go from amateur activist to have real impact in your community and beyond. I designed the site to promote the book’s launch and give readers a preview.
