Answer the Call: White Women for Kamala
If you told me a week before I launched Answer the Call that in days I would have built a Web site that got 500,000 hits, I wouldn’t believe you. Or that my face would be on MSNBC—above PiNK (who was on a private jet)? And kitty-corner from Glennon Doyle? On a Zoom call as a panelist with 160,000 other women?!? In support of the first female president?!?!? AND WE RAISED $11 MILLION, to the tune of $70,000 PER MINUTE? I mean, WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?!? What a rush this project was. It was an honor to be a part of it.
